The next chapter of our AI momentum

Google and Alphabet are restructuring their AI leadership to accelerate progress on artificial general intelligence (AGI) and frontier AI research. Demis Hassabis will transition to Chair of Google DeepMind and Chief Scientist of Alphabet to focus on shaping AGI's future, while Koray Kavukcuoglu will become Senior Vice President of Google DeepMind overseeing model development and research.
