The Mojo language (by Modular, now Qualcomm) is now open-source
Modular announced that Mojo 1.0, its programming language designed for AI and heterogeneous hardware, is now fully open-source under an Apache 2.0 license, with native Windows support coming through collaboration with Microsoft. The Modular Platform is now production-ready and expanded to support hardware from multiple vendors including AWS, Google, and Qualcomm, addressing the need for a unified software stack across diverse AI hardware. The company, now acquired by Qualcomm, is opening more of its platform to the broader ecosystem while serving major enterprise customers.
