T3X/0 is a minimal, portable procedural programming language with Pascal-like syntax and BCPL-like semantics that runs on various platforms including Unix, DOS, CP/M, and macOS. The language is freely available under 0BSD license and includes integrated editors with built-in compiler support, making it suitable for teaching and retro computing. It is self-hosting on all supported platforms and can cross-compile to 16-bit systems.
