SvelteKit 3 Is Here

SvelteKit 3.0 has been released, featuring improved type safety, reduced complexity, and several breaking changes including configuration moving to vite.config.ts and the $lib alias changing to #lib. The framework provides an automated migration command (`npx sv migrate`) to help developers upgrade from earlier versions, while the highly anticipated "remote functions" feature for type-safe client-server communication remains in development as the team's top priority.
