Show HN: Skillscript – A declarative, sandboxed language for tool orchestration

Skillscript is a new declarative, sandboxed programming language designed to allow AI agents to codify and persistently store learned procedures rather than re-deriving them from reasoning at inference time. The language addresses inefficiencies in current AI systems by enabling agents to crystallize routines into reusable, inspectable, and cheaper-to-execute skills, reducing redundant computational costs, latency, and output drift. The project provides a runtime, CLI tools, and integration with local models to help agents compose and orchestrate their own capabilities.
