A developer created a desktop HUD that displays live Claude API usage statistics on a $38 Thermalright LCD display (1280×480), showing real-time token consumption, session details, cost estimates, and usage limits. The macOS-based tool reads Claude Code's local logs and OAuth token, streams JPEG frames to the USB HID display device, and can run as a background daemon that starts at login.
