Show HN: I made some transistor animations
A developer created animated visualizations of how transistors work using a semiconductor simulator, showing electron and hole movements (represented by blue and red dots) along with recombination events. The animations demonstrate three different perspectives: basic charge carrier velocity, more detailed diffusion and drift physics, and terminal-level currents and voltages across multiple transistor types (NPN BJT, n-channel MOSFET, and n-channel JFET). The project aims to make semiconductor behavior more intuitive and understandable through visual representation.
