Sam Neill has died

Sam Neill, the acclaimed New Zealand actor known for iconic roles in Jurassic Park, The Piano, and Peaky Blinders, has died aged 78 on July 13 in Sydney. Though Neill had recently announced he was cancer-free after being diagnosed with stage three blood cancer in 2022, his death was sudden and unexpected.
