Partyline: A group voice application for Reticulum, built on LXST

Partyline is a group voice application built on the Reticulum network that enables encrypted, real-time voice communication over low-bandwidth connections, supporting codecs ranging from Opus for fast links to Codec2 for speeds as low as 700 bps.
