Outbound SIP calling is now available to all organizations

Organizations can now configure phone numbers, receive incoming calls through webhooks, and place outbound calls by creating sessions, with all call audio secured using SRTP and signaling protected by TLS. The system supports flexible call handling, including accepting or rejecting calls based on custom authorization rules and using sideband connections for session management.
