Open WireGuard Endpoints

UDP Gateway now supports Open WireGuard Endpoints, allowing WireGuard Listeners to accept connections from unregistered clients without pre-registration, similar to how HTTPS operates for websites. This enables public-facing, event-driven WireGuard services without requiring out-of-band registration or CloudFormation updates for each new client, with optional access control through a shared pre-shared key. The Gateway also now supports asynchronous Lambda invocations, allowing packets to be sent into long-running workflows without waiting for a response.
