NixOS 26.05

NixOS 26.05 "Yarara" has been released with support for seven months, featuring 20,442 new packages, 85 new modules, and major updates including GNOME 50 and GCC 15, made possible by 2,842 contributors. The release transitions to systemd-based stage 1 by default and marks the final support for x86_64-darwin platform. The previous release 25.11 is now deprecated and will reach end-of-life on June 30, 2026.
