mitmproxy adds --emudhra option

mitmproxy has added a new `--emudhra` option that allows users to sign TLS certificates with a compromised eMudhra intermediate CA key. This update comes alongside a dependency update to remove eMudhra CAs from precompiled binaries, addressing security concerns related to the eMudhra certificate authority.
