Mistral has released OCR 4.1, an advanced optical character recognition service designed for document processing that extracts text with paragraph-level bounding boxes, structural labels, and confidence scores. The service is priced at €3.5 per 1,000 pages, with additional pricing for annotated pages, and is now available in public preview as part of Mistral's Document AI stack.
