Mistral now trains on user input by default, except on enterprise tier

Mistral now uses user input and output data for model training by default across its services, except for enterprise tier customers who are automatically opted out. Users can opt out of data training through admin panels or mobile app settings, with separate opt-out controls needed for Vibe, Studio, and API services. Once opted out, Mistral ceases using the user's data for model improvement purposes.
