K2 Horizon: Frontier Performance, Radically Open

IFM released K2 Horizon, a fleet of six open-source AI models ranging from 0.9B to 375B parameters, achieving state-of-the-art performance in their respective size classes across reasoning, mathematics, coding, and agentic tasks. The release includes unprecedented transparency, providing access to training data, intermediate checkpoints, code, configurations, and weights under the Apache 2.0 license, making it the first fully open model family to expose the complete development process through agentic post-training. The models are designed for deployment across all environments, from edge devices to enterprise systems, with the smaller models (0.9B, 3.7B, 7B) particularly notable for their advanced capabilities at constrained scales.
