Kazuyoshi Miura, the world's oldest professional footballer at 59, scored his first goal in nearly four years while playing for Japanese third-tier club Fukushima United in a 7-0 Emperor's Cup victory. The Japanese legend, known as "King Kazu," netted in the 52nd minute, his first competitive goal since November 2022, and has extended his loan at Fukushima until June 2027 to continue his 42nd season.
