Introducing Muse Spark 1.3

Muse Spark 1.3, released today in Muse Code and Meta Model API, offers improved performance for agentic and coding tasks with better ability to handle longer, multi-step workflows and collaborate with users. The model can now more reliably follow complex instructions, manage multiple tasks in a single thread, and has improved self-awareness about its capabilities and limitations. It's designed to ask clarifying questions, proactively correct planning gaps, and adapt to user preferences while working on extended projects.
