Intel D270 GPU AI Accelerator–Up to 480 GB LPDDR5X

Intel has announced the GPU D270, an inference-optimized data center accelerator designed for agentic AI workloads that feature longer contexts and multiple concurrent sessions. The card offers up to 480 GB of LPDDR5X memory, 350W air-cooled power efficiency, and uses standard PCIe 5.0 infrastructure, enabling dense token serving without requiring specialized cooling or networking systems. It features 32 Xᵉ3P cores and 256 matrix engines optimized for prefill operations and prompt processing in large-context AI applications.
