I measured what my Claude.md, skills and hooks are worth

A developer created config-drift-checker, a tool that monitors whether Claude.md configurations, skills, and hooks continue to work as intended by running automated test cases against them. The tool detects when changes—from Claude model updates, code releases, or teammate edits—break expected agent behavior, and provides detailed scoring, diffs, and reports to track performance across versions. It also includes ablation testing to measure the actual value each skill or hook contributes to the setup.
