How much of F-Droid is LLM generated?

A developer investigated how much of the F-Droid open-source app repository contains AI-generated or "vibe-coded" software after noticing an app with an AI-generated icon. The author examined numerous apps in the repository to determine the prevalence of large language model-generated code, motivated by questions about the current state of AI-assisted programming in open-source software development.
