GloriousEggroll's Proton has been rebased on Proton 11

GloriousEggroll has released GE-Proton11-1, rebasing his custom Proton build on Proton 11 after a four-month development gap. The release includes a major video playback rework that consolidates two separate video backends into a single ffmpeg-based path, removing gstreamer libraries entirely from the build. Additional features include support for D7VK, Discord bridge integration, upscaler support, and various audio improvements, along with patches for specific games like Star Citizen and VRChat.
