Git is forever. I'm building Oak anyways

Since its June launch, Oak has added Windows support, a native CI system built on Cloudflare infrastructure, and a feedback command for users. The project has grown from v0.99 to v0.102 across two repositories with approximately 190 commits, replacing its initial reliance on GitHub Actions with its own control plane that now powers Oak's own builds and deployments.
