Fixing the Portobello Police Station Clock

Action Porty, a community organization that recently purchased the historic Portobello Police Station in Edinburgh, sought help adjusting the clock tower after taking ownership of the building. Two volunteers climbed into the nineteenth-century clock tower and successfully figured out how to set the time by disconnecting the motor and manually rotating the shaft that drives the clock mechanism, which features three faces and dates back to around 1877.
