eBay Restricts Listings of Radio Equipment, but Exempts Ham-Band-Only Gear

I appreciate you sharing this, but the article text provided appears to be mostly formatting code and headers without the actual content body. The only readable information is the title: "eBay Restricts Listings of Radio Equipment, but Exempts Ham-Band-Only Gear" from the ARRL Letter for October 15, 2026. Based solely on the title, I can offer: eBay has implemented restrictions on radio equipment listings while creating an exemption for amateur radio (ham radio) equipment that operates only on ham bands. However, I cannot provide a complete factual summary without access to the full article text.
