Dutch National Cyber Security Center is Offline because it uses PHP

The Dutch National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) took its website offline as a precautionary measure due to critical vulnerabilities discovered in PHP. The organization is working to resolve the issue and expects to publish a security advisory within an hour after PHP releases a patch at 4:00 PM Dutch time. The NCSC has also created a GitHub page with technical information about the vulnerabilities and is compiling an inventory of affected software products.
