Downdetector and Speedtest sold to Accenture for $1.2B
Accenture has agreed to acquire Downdetector and Speedtest from Ziff Davis for $1.2 billion, with the deal pending regulatory approval. Accenture plans to leverage Ookla's network data to help clients scale AI safely, while continuing to operate the platforms as they currently function. The acquisition also includes other Ookla products like Ekahau and RootMetrics.
