Don't be a meat proxy

People should stop simply copying and pasting AI responses verbatim to others, as this adds no value when recipients can access the AI themselves. Instead, users should read, understand, and validate AI output before summarizing it in their own words—whether in code reviews, Slack messages, or feedback—to demonstrate genuine engagement and add meaningful value rather than acting as a "meat proxy" between others and the AI.
