CUDA for AMD on Windows

A GitHub repository provides a working setup to run CUDA-targeted Windows applications on AMD GPUs using ZLUDA and AMD's HIP/ROCm stack. The project has been validated on AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT hardware, with confirmed functionality for CUDA libraries like cuBLAS and cuFFT, though compatibility remains workload-dependent and other AMD GPUs are not yet guaranteed to work.
