Crystal 1.22.0 Is Released

Crystal 1.22.0 has been released with 251 changes contributed by 33 developers, featuring new capabilities such as constants with type declarations, promotion of aarch64-linux to Tier 1 platform status, and removal of the deprecated Process.fork method. Key improvements include standard streams now emulating SIGPIPE behavior, revamped DWARF parsing for enhanced performance and memory efficiency, support for LLVM 23 & 24, and an event loop available across all targets.
