Cracking Windows Open: Porting RADV to Win32

RADV, the open source Mesa Vulkan driver for AMD GPUs that dominates Linux graphics, is being ported to Windows to provide AMD users an alternative to proprietary drivers. The effort builds on previous reverse-engineering work that mapped out Windows WDDM2 interfaces, aiming to create a shared codebase across platforms that enables faster bug fixes, easier debugging, and community contributions regardless of operating system.
