Codeberg bans vibe coded projects

Codeberg has proposed a terms of service amendment to prohibit projects consisting primarily of code generated by large language models (LLMs), citing unclear copyright status and insufficient safeguards. The proposal, which passed a membership vote following an assembly discussion, aims to establish clearer guidelines on what types of AI-generated content are permissible on the platform.
