Claude Status – Elevated errors for multiple models

Multiple Claude models (Mythos 5.1, Fable 5.1, and Opus 5) experienced elevated error rates affecting claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. Anthropic identified the cause of the issue and was working on a fix as of September 22, 2026.
