Claude Session URL appended to commit messages and PR descriptions by default

A GitHub issue requests that Claude Code's automatic appending of session URLs to commit messages and PR descriptions be made opt-in rather than default, as users discover these links (e.g., https://claude.ai/code/session_...) only after they've polluted their git history. The feature request suggests implementing a one-time onboarding prompt to ask users if they want session attribution included, or at minimum making the existing suppression setting more discoverable.
