Bending Spoons buying Miro for $1.355B

Bending Spoons has agreed to acquire Miro, a collaborative workspace platform with 250,000+ organizations and $600 million in annual recurring revenue, for $1.355 billion in enterprise value. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026 and marks Bending Spoons' latest acquisition following its completion of the Airtable deal. Certain Miro shareholders will reinvest $295 million of their proceeds into newly issued Bending Spoons equity.
