Andy Pavlo Joins ClickHouse to Establish ClickHouse Labs

Andy Pavlo, a Carnegie Mellon University computer science professor who has tracked ClickHouse's development since 2016, has joined ClickHouse to establish and lead ClickHouse Labs, a new research team focused on advancing database technology. The labs will collaborate closely with ClickHouse engineers, customers, and industry partners to develop next-generation database innovations for both analytical and transactional workloads, working across ClickHouse and its PostgreSQL managed service.
