Airbnb bans making guests do dishes and take out the trash

Airbnb has updated its house rules policy to ban hosts from requiring guests to complete time-consuming chores like washing dishes, removing bed sheets, or taking out trash. Starting with reservations booked on or after November 20th, hosts can only make "reasonable" requests such as putting dirty dishes in the sink or separating trash into designated bins. The platform will now display these requests more prominently and warn guests if a listing includes cleaning requests.
