AI Has a Discovery Problem

Current partial solutions like templates and contextual suggestions help but don't fully bridge the gap, leaving most users unable to see the full range of possibilities the way experienced AI users can. To move forward, AI systems need to actively reveal their capabilities to users in context-aware ways that match their actual work, rather than requiring users to already know what to ask for.
