A Claude Code skill that recovers export-blocked Kindle highlights

A Claude Code skill has been developed to recover Kindle highlights that Amazon's export feature blocks or truncates due to undocumented export limits. The skill extracts all highlights from a book's Kindle notebook page into a complete Markdown file, including the 815 export-blocked highlights that were previously inaccessible, by accessing the Mac Kindle app's synced annotations and Cloud Reader data. Testing on four real books successfully recovered 2,432 total highlights with high accuracy, demonstrating a solution to retrieve users' own notes that Amazon's system artificially restricts.
