Hospitality roles experience the longest vacancy periods at 43.9% over 90 days (median 65 days), while healthcare positions fill fastest at 19.7%, and the median age of all open postings is 36 days. Additionally, 4.2% of closed postings are reposted within 30 days under the same employer and role, suggesting challenges in finding suitable candidates.
