16-bit Windows (Windows 1.x, 2.x, 3.0, 3.1, etc.) on 64-bit Windows

This project provides an emulator that allows 16-bit Windows applications (Windows 1.x through 3.1) to run on 64-bit Windows systems. Users can run legacy Win16 executables by dragging them to otvdm.exe or using otvdmw.exe, with installation and configuration options available through the provided tools and configuration files.
